Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational Chemical company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in industrial project for the job of Project Manager. The job is based in Purwakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the Technical Director
- Providing project management strategy and execution services on LPC (Large Capital Project) in fast, efficient, and good quality to all manufacturing sites
- Responsible to ensure compliance with technical standard, safety, and project management process as well as a compliance with the country and site-specific regulation and laws.
- Hands-on in project delivery (industrial project)
- Do preparation and monitor in the installation of a new production line, so will include upgrade/modifications and renovation works
- Monitor and review the drilling process and timeline project on the field
- Leadership by managing a cross-functional team to meet business objectives
- Develop solutions, strategies, and assessment of current field project impact to ensure timeline and target still achievable, in line with the company's strategy
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree is an advantage
- Having 15+ years' of experience in the field of Industrial Project Management for Chemical and Continuous process plant projects as Project Manager
- Should have sufficient knowledge on project management, cost controlling, detailed engineering, scheduling, planning, coordination & execution
- Should have good experience in design, assembly and installation of static & rotating equipment
- Should have good experience with piping system including fabrication, erection, welding processes, general quality control etc. as per International standards
- should have good working knowledge with International Standards such as ASME, DIN, JIS etc
- Should be conversant with P& IDs, equipment layouts, various equipment drawings, isometric, supports, MTOs, civil drawings, electrical & instrument diagrams etc
- Set standard on highest level of Safety during construction and to prepare the procedures especially in the working areas of high rise buildings, confined space, excavation & lifting, fire & explosion, scaffolding, etc
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management and able to use effective tools to preciously measure the engineering & site progress
- Good Communication & Leadership skill and should be able to lead & guide the project team, the consultants, contractors, field workers etc
- Should have good computer skills such as MS. Office, Ms. Project, AutoCAD, SAP, etc
