Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global technology company. Our respective client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will execute the talent acquisition strategy, presence across multiple global offices. This role is on a hybrid work arrangement in Taguig and will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources.

Key Job Qualifications:

  • Lead the sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.
  • Lead the talent acquisition team, develop recruitment strategies, and foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and other key performance indicators

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related course.
  • At least 5-8 years experience in talent acquisition.
  • With Experience with Tech Companies or Australian Companies
  • Exemplary soft skills (neutral or Australian accent) and advanced comprehension skills
  • Extensive Recruitment Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven success in recruitment, preferably within large, global companies. Demonstrated ability to handle diverse talent acquisition needs across different geographies and cultures.
