We are seeking a motivated Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support and enhance product knowledge and utilization among end customers
This role involves providing technical expertise and support for our customers, including conducting feasibility studies, delivering engaging presentations, and ensuring successful product implementation. The ideal candidate will involve providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to sale team. Response to customer applications in pre-sales and technical support in post-sales situations.
- Assist the sales team and aware of the sales situations, be able to quickly analyze technical problem through customer's sample evaluations, recommend and implement a solution to meet the customers' requirements.
- Deliver effective presentation and demonstration of technical solutions to both large and small technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preparing software and hardware to demonstrate product and system capabilities during trade shows, preparing and conducting technical seminar presentation, and supporting beta customers.
- Provide front-line technical support. Interface and coordinate with technical support group to meet customers' satisfaction.
- Regularly conduct product training courses to customers.
- Provides expertise in the integration of products with devices such as PLCs, PCs, or Controllers.
- Develops a broad technical knowledge of company's product and its families.
- Provides product feedback manager and Product Business Units to improve product
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in factory automation
- Strong foundation in machine vision, AI, and Deep Learning
- Proficient in the following programming languages: C# / .Net/ Python and Java programming.
- Solid understanding of PC and networking environments
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilities
