Sales Coordinator

Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global system provider for end-to-end communication solutions and telecom infrastructures. Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator that will be directly reporting to the Deputy General Manager. This job is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Key Job Responsibilities: Penetrate target markets through relationship building and ensure that customer needs are heard, evaluate their requirements and turn them into successful Purchase Orders for the company. This includes Managing the customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers and establish new ones with potential customers. Manage action plans, strategies & execute activities and programs to meet sales objectives including facilitation for documentation needs such as company certifications. Assist in the creation and have a direct overview of the company's sales pipeline and ensure that it is aligned with company directives/goals. Organize and facilitate for the requirements for Equipment Demonstration/Product Showcases and Type Approval Processes. Enhance/build professional relationships with customers and suppliers alike to manage commercial expectations during the sales cycle and close deals in close working relationship with the Country Head. Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP in close working relationship with the Pre-sales Manager and other assigned personnel Professionally conduct product presentations to customers and partners. Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested. Be responsible for proper turn-over of sold accounts to project teams after successful acceptance of Purchase Orders and Contracts. Schedule meetings and follow up requirements from customers, as well as payments and documentation requirements for the completion of the sales cycle. Follow through the delivery part of the customer requirement from ordering to actual customer receipt. Pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team. Key Job Qualifications: College Degree Holder (Preferably IT/Communications Engineering) 2-3 years in Sales Work knowledge in Telecommunications, Finance, Management Dedicated, responsible, well versed in communication, willing to work long hours and travel to customer location. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Head of Lease & Property Management to lead nationwide strategies for land lease management, stakeholder engagement, and community relations to ensure business continuity and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Lease & Property Management Strategy Develop and implement strategies for nationwide lease renewals to secure cost efficiency and operational continuity. Oversee lease negotiations and ensure compliance with internal benchmarks and targets. Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely achievement of renewal goals. Risk & Issue Management Lead resolution of escalations involving landlords, local communities, and government stakeholders. Develop and execute long-term risk mitigation strategies. Establish effective grievance handling and conflict resolution processes. Stakeholder & Community Relations Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, community leaders, and relevant government authorities.
