Our respective client is looking for a Finance Controller who will manage the institutions' financial reporting and accounting tasks. This position requires onsite reporting in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Job Summary: The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial governance, reporting, and accounting functions of the organization. This pivotal role involves managing a high-performing accounting team, implementing strong financial systems and controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic decision-making through actionable financial insights. The Finance Controller works closely with department heads, senior leadership, and the CFO to ensure that financial strategies support the company's operational and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting Leadership and Team Development Build, manage, and coach a high-performing accounting team aligned with company objectives. Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards. 2. Financial Systems and Internal Controls Develop and enhance financial systems and internal control frameworks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and risk management. Ensure all processes are audit-ready and compliant with local financial and tax regulations. 3. Revenue and Expense Optimization Collaborate with department heads to analyze and optimize revenue streams and cost structures. Identify areas for profitability improvement and propose cost-saving initiatives. 4. Strategic Financial Reporting Prepare insightful, data-driven financial reports and dashboards aligned with business objectives. Track and report on key financial health indicators, identifying risks and opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least 3-5 years of experience as a Finance Controller in the Casual Dining, F&B, or FMCG industry. A minimum of 10-15 years of total accounting experience, including senior leadership roles. Experience in building and managing internal controls for financial risk mitigation. Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and statutory filings. Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong background in financial planning and strategic analysis. Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional accounting teams (minimum of 5 direct reports). Excellent communication and presentation skills. They are seeking an experienced Engineering Head with comprehensive expertise in engineering administration, construction, repairs, and technical and project management, ideally within the F&B and hospitality industries. This full-time, onsite position is based in Mandaluyong and follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Job Summary: The Engineering Head oversees all engineering operations within the company, including store repairs, maintenance, construction, and renovation. Responsibilities include developing and implementing engineering systems, processes, and policies, ensuring maintenance SLAs are met, managing maintenance costs, enhancing preventive maintenance programs, developing a CMMS, and delivering new stores on time and within budget. Key job responsibilities include: Construction and Renovation Projects: Ensure projects are completed within agreed quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Repair and Maintenance: Collaborate with Operations and third-party contractors to meet Engineering SLA requirements. Provide monthly updates on projects and engineering budget expenses. Regional SHE Advisor, Kanchanaburi, Thailand

Regional SHE Coach Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Program Implementation & Compliance: Support the implementation of the CAPA Health & Safety program, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations across all Pacific countries with CAPA staff. Training & Development: Identify and address Health & Safety training needs for CAPA Pacific staff, arranging and delivering relevant training programs. Ensure all Pacific staff remain current on all mandated and legislated training requirements. Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct internal H&S audits to ensure statutory, legal, and global standard compliance. Monitor the implementation of recommendations arising from audits and changes to operational procedures. Incident Management: Maintain a comprehensive registry of incidents and near-misses to identify ongoing improvement opportunities and report on findings. Act as the primary point-of-contact for all health and safety inquiries or incident reports within the Pacific Region. Guidance & Support: Provide expert guidance to team members on environmental and health matters, escalating inquiries to appropriate managers when necessary. Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education. Relevant experience in Health and Safety, preferably within an international organization. Proven experience providing training to multi-disciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and requirements specific to CAPA countries. Auditing experience, with a proven record of completing 2 or more safety, quality, and/or environmental audits. Experience in accident investigation. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to develop and promote a strong and positive Health & Safety culture. Proficient in English (written and verbal) and fluent in at least one language used in the various CAPA countries across the area (e.g., Burmese, Thai, Cantonese, Malay, Indonesian, Japanese). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent training development and delivery abilities. Clear and concise report writing skills, particularly for accident investigations.
