We are currently seeking a Chief Commercial Officer with experience in the leading sales, marketing and operations teams. The job is based in Bangkok.
The selected candidate will be tasked with creating strategies to ensure the overall business objectives and targets are achieved. Working with several department on budgeting, sales, marketing, tech and operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading and scaling the sales, business development and customer success teams.
- Defining sales objectives and driving team to achieve targets and goals.
- Build high performing sales team to execute outreach, pitching, negotiating and deal closing.
- Analyse both internal and external activity to develop best and most effective business plans and establish meaningful KPIs
- Work with marketing team to create strategies that boost the company product awareness.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders aimed to accelerating the company's growth.
Job Requirements
- Experience in leading commercial operations, primarily in sales and marketing
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
- Experience in marketing research and analysis
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
