As a Core Banking Analyst, you will be engaging in evolution projects, including the implementation of new Core Banking software versions. Specification and configuration of bank products, addressing gaps between existing systems and recent versions. Ensure governance of test process and collaborate closely with stakeholders for effective solutions
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for banking software, spanning different versions.
- Contribute to core banking evolution projects, overseeing the implementation of new versions.
- Perform parameterization and configuration of various bank products.
- Ensure adherence to Test Process Governance standards.
- Articulate and identify effective solutions for problems, involving all relevant parties, including vendors.
- Collaborate with system, network, and database administrators to execute software installations and configure hardware and software.
- Provide standby support as per a predefined schedule for End-of-Day (EOD) and Production incidents
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable in banking areas
- Considerable years of experience in the functional workflows of core banking products
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Java, HTML, with the ability to write functions, procedures, and triggers in Oracle.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the overall banking process, coupled with a customer-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Strong ability to prioritize work, thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to supporting daily production issues and Webservice-related matters is considered an added advantage.
- Great English proficiency
