Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a fastest-growing luxury property company in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a highly competent professional for the job Senior MEP Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Daily reporting to the Project Director for the updated information & activity coordination MEP works, especially MVAC scopes.
- Coordination and attending weekly meeting with Consultant MEP for the Design of MVAC scope works (for review , tender and construction drawing) related to updated Structure , Architect & Interior Design.
- Daily activity for the coordination with all parties internal Engineers ,ensure Design all scope is already conform & circulated based on updated Design Structure, Architect , ID , MEP drawings.
- Daily activity for the checking , sign off & coordination of circulated all drawings prior to produce to the Contractors , such For Construction , PMI / SD and sketches drawings.
- Preparing for Design MVAC scopes and drafting to produce drawing as references of Contractors to submitted Shop Drawings (such attached dwg for Construction , PMI/SD, sketches ).
- Daily checking & sign off for the Shop Dwg approval especially MVAC drawings submitted from all Contractors to review , comments or approved as note / not approved.
- Checking & sign off for the Composite drawing submitted from Main Contractors related superimposed MEP installation , Architech / ID and Structure drawings.
- Checking & sign off for the approval Material MVAC scopes submitted from all Contractors , Vendors to review , comments or approved as note / not approved.
- Coordination , held meeting and checking on site project with the Contractors if there is dispute or difficulty related on site project to solving problem.
- Coordination with Procurement team interm of finalized technical data prior do purchase.
- Coordination with all Vendors of MVAC equipments interm of technical data status and material on site schedule.
- Coordination and attending Weekly meeting with Contractors related updated MVAC works progress & process drawings and onsite solving problem.
- Preparing and checking of update drawings & Equipments Schedule of MVAC installation prior hand over data documents to the Tenants.
- Attending for the Site walk of project from P6 MEP team.
- Attending for the Testing & Commisionning system of Equipments MVAC scopes.
- Checking and sign off As Built Drawing MVAC installation and Equipments Schedule submitted from MVAC Contractors as a final drawings prior to hand over all documents to Owner
Job Requirements:
- Having bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar background
- At least 10-15 yrs experience in similar function Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, preferably experienced in property development
- Able to do design and highly experienced in site
- High motivation for and Quick response
- Require strong communication skills to deal with consultant, contractor and stakeholder
- Able to work under pressure
