Partnership Sales Manager (Balikpapan, Bandung, Makassar)

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for a Partnership Sales Manager for our esteemed client - a notable Property Solution. The job will be based in Balikpapan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with property owners, building managements, and landlords to acquire new sites for virtual office expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that support the company's business growth and presence in key locations.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for expansion and assess property viability.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations-ranging from partnership proposals, pricing discussions, to agreement finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new sites.
  • Build and manage a network of property-related stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and developers.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine site acquisition strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property acquisition, partnership development, or B2B sales-preferably within real estate, coworking, or flexible workspace industries.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing partnership or leasing deals.
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and strategically.
