Head of Sales (Property), Phuket, Thailand

They are current seeking to appoint the Head of Sales to lead its Phuket-based team. This job is based in Phuket, Thailand. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, managing the performance of the sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple property projects. This leadership role requires a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of Thailand's real estate market-particularly in the luxury residential segments. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market conditions. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategy as needed. We're looking for a Project Director who will act as a key driver for strategic projects, overseeing their full lifecycle from conception to completion. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the property development landscape, strong business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The Project Director will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, ensuring project viability, and driving successful execution while fostering key partnerships. Responsibilities: Strategic Project Leadership & Feasibility: Identify, evaluate, and champion new property development opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals and market trends across residential, commercial, and high-rise sectors. Lead and oversee comprehensive feasibility studies, including market research, financial modeling, risk assessment, and legal due diligence, to determine project viability and optimize returns. Develop robust business cases for proposed projects, presenting compelling arguments for investment to senior management and the board. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with relevant internal departments (e.g., design, construction, finance, legal). Full Cycle Project Management Oversight: Provide strategic oversight and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from land acquisition and concept development to design, construction, marketing, sales, and handover. Ensure projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven expertise in the full cycle of project management, from concept and feasibility to design, construction, sales, and handover. Extensive experience in conducting and interpreting feasibility studies, including market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment for large-scale property developments.
