Job Summary The MS Dynamics Engineer plays a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Business Central and LS Central), and associated integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, extensive database expertise, and a proven ability to leverage the Power Platform to build effective, low-code solutions. Key Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Business Central and LS Central, to meet business requirements. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications using programming languages like AL, C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Ensure that customizations are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices. Lead integration efforts between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications or services using APIs (REST, SOAP). Manage data migration projects, ensuring smooth transition of data between systems during upgrades or new implementations. Support system upgrades by ensuring compatibility between custom solutions and new versions of Dynamics 365. Use Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) to design low-code applications and automate business processes. ​​​​​​​Collaborate with business analysts to develop tailored Power Apps solutions that enhance Dynamics 365 functionality. Implement automation using Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across business operations. Utilize SQL/T-SQL to query and manage data within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.​​​​​​​ Key Job Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. ​​​​​​​Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central, F&O, CRM/CE, or related). Proven experience in customizing, extending, integrating, and supporting Dynamics solutions. Exposure to data migration and system upgrades. Strong programming and development skills (AL, C#, .NET, JavaScript). Experience writing and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP). SQL/T-SQL and database design expertise. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Prior experience with Dynamics upgrades or cross-module implementations.
