The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general affairs (GA), health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols, as well as ensuring the overall functionality, safety, and maintenance of hospital infrastructure. This role is critical to supporting the hospital's operations and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain standard documents for General Affairs (GA) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), including guidelines, manuals, SOPs, and checklists. Ensure timely maintenance and repair of hospital buildings and facilities. Provide proactive communication regarding planned and unplanned disruptions such as power outages, water supply issues, and other service interruptions. Implement measures to minimize workplace accidents. Plan and organize the hospital's HSE (K3L) Committee programs. Execute and monitor K3L Committee initiatives in line with hospital safety objectives. Ensure the team continuously improves their skills through training and active participation in hospital activities.
